International MDR / SOC Security Platform: 4× in 4 months (80 → 400 clicks/day)
4× in 4 months (80 → 400 clicks/day)

International MDR / SOC Security Platform

International cybersecurity SaaS vendor. We built high-intent, bottom-of-funnel pages around concrete security pains (MDR, SOC, compliance) and positioned the product against direct competitors.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

The product operated in a very mature security market dominated by vendors with huge domain authority. Most organic traffic was branded or generic 'what is X' queries. Almost no traffic landed on conversion-ready pages like 'threat monitoring service for [industry]' or 'SOC 2 compliant MDR provider'. Sales complained that inbound leads weren't aligned with urgent security needs.

Solution

  1. Built a library of 'problem → solution' landing pages around specific attack surfaces, compliance pressures, and detection/response SLAs (e.g. ransomware containment, SOC 2 readiness, 24/7 MDR for healthcare). Each page mapped directly to an urgent CISO-level pain.
  2. Created scalable '[Competitor] alternative' and '[Tool A] vs [Tool B]' comparison pages with feature matrices, response time benchmarks, and trust badges. These pages captured extremely high-intent searches late in the buying cycle.
  3. Reworked site IA so that 'Features', 'Industries', and 'Use Cases' linked to each other in a predictable pattern. Removed JS-only tabs and made the core value props indexable in clean HTML.
  4. Added proof blocks to every money page: incident response time, SOC audit evidence, certifications, client logos. This improves both conversion rate and E-E-A-T for YMYL queries.
  5. Acquired niche backlinks from DFIR / incident response blogs by publishing short technical breakdowns ('How we detected X in under 2 minutes'), instead of generic 'Ultimate MDR Guide' fluff.

Why It Worked

  • We stopped chasing broad 'cybersecurity platform' head terms and built pages that match how buyers actually Google security help at 2AM ('SOC monitoring for PCI compliance', 'MDR for hospitals').
  • Comparison / alternative pages captured competitor traffic without bidding on their brand in ads.
  • Trust signals (response times, certifications) improved both quality and conversion of traffic, not just volume.

Used Car Marketplace (Poland): 0 → ~2,100 clicks/day in 14 months
0 → ~2,100 clicks/day in 14 months

Used Car Marketplace (Poland)

New used-car marketplace in Poland. We rebuilt inventory architecture and local intent pages so Google could index 'make + model + city' searches that have direct purchase intent.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

At launch, the marketplace had almost no organic footprint. Listings relied on infinite scroll and JS rendering, so Google couldn't reliably crawl stock. Faceted URLs (color, transmission, fuel type, mileage range) were generating massive duplicate variants with no canonical logic. There was no trust layer to convince buyers that listings were legit.

Solution

  1. Rebuilt the inventory architecture: every high-value combo (brand + model + trim + city) became an indexable landing page with live stock, canonical URL, proper H1/title/meta, and clean breadcrumbs.
  2. Introduced controlled facet indexing. Valuable commercial filters (e.g. diesel SUV in Warsaw) stayed indexable. Useless/overlapping filters were forced to `noindex, follow` or canonicalized back to the main variant. This prevented crawl budget from being burned on junk URLs.
  3. Added localized trust blocks in Polish: verification of sellers, inspection / accident history, financing availability, and warranty policies. This increased E-E-A-T and conversion for 'buy now' intent.
  4. Linked educational content ('what to check before buying a used diesel in winter', 'safe mileage for TDI engines') directly to matching live listings, so informational traffic flowed into inventory.

Why It Worked

  • Marketplaces only scale when '[car model] for sale in [city]' resolves to a stable, crawlable page with real stock. We made that possible.
  • Fixing canonical signals and pagination meant Google could actually trust and index the core commercial URLs.
  • Local-language trust content reduced bounce and turned traffic into leads, not just visits.

10× in 14 months (30 → 370 clicks/day)

High-End Furniture eCommerce (Germany)

Luxury furniture retailer in Germany with very high AOV. We targeted long-tail purchase intent around specific materials, finishes, and designer terms instead of generic 'luxury furniture' head terms.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

The site was optimized for broad vanity terms like 'luxury sofa' in English, while the buyers in Germany were searching in German for very specific queries like 'italienisches leder ecksofa walnuss furnier' (material + style + finish). Category pages were too generic, and product variants (color/material/finish) were hidden behind JS swatches, so Google couldn't rank them.

Solution

  1. Split generic categories into high-intent subcategories based on real search patterns: material, room type, design era, and finish. Example: 'Walnut veneer sideboards' instead of 'Sideboards'.
  2. Exposed variant data (color, material, designer line) in crawlable HTML, not just via JS. Each hero variant that had distinct search demand got its own canonical URL and indexable copy.
  3. Added authoritative product storytelling in German: sourcing, craftsmanship, limited runs, restoration / care instructions. This is critical for trust in high-ticket furniture.
  4. Rolled out structured data (Product, Offer, Review) with real availability and pricing to qualify for rich results and increase CTR.
  5. Built internal linking hubs around 'room inspiration' / 'interior concepts', letting Google understand semantic relationships between sofas, tables, lighting, etc.

Private Dental Chain (UK)

Multi-location private dental group in the UK. We built scalable local service pages (treatment + city), fixed crawl issues, and reinforced medical trust signals.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Each clinic had the same boilerplate service pages, thin content, and no localized trust proof. Google treated most pages as duplicates. High-value treatments (emergency dentist, implants, Invisalign) were not ranking in local intent searches like 'dental implants [city] private cost'.

Solution

  1. Created unique service+location landing pages for every profitable procedure: 'Invisalign in [City]', 'Emergency dentist [City] open today', 'Implants financing [City]'. Each page included pricing ranges, financing, clinician bios, and post-op expectations.
  2. Added structured data (LocalBusiness, MedicalBusiness) with correct NAP for each location, and embedded Google Business Profile review snippets / star ratings as social proof.
  3. Centralized and cleaned internal linking so that each treatment page linked to the right clinic, and vice versa. Removed cannibalization between 'head office' and 'local branch' pages.

Cosmetics Online Store (France)

French cosmetics retailer. We restructured category taxonomy around use cases ('routine for dry skin', 'paraben-free serum'), fixed duplicate SKUs and surfaced ingredient-driven discovery pages.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Catalog had hundreds of SKUs with near-identical descriptions. Faceted navigation (skin type, concern, ingredient) was generating thin, low-value URLs with no canonical logic. Google was confused which page should rank for 'routine peau sèche' or 'sérum acide hyaluronique sans parfum'.

Solution

  1. Built high-intent 'problem / routine' category pages in French: 'Routine peau sèche', 'Anti-acné sans alcool', 'Sérum anti-âge sans parfum'. These are how real buyers search.
  2. Consolidated duplicate variants (same formula, new packaging) under a single canonical, and used structured data to expose pack sizes and prices instead of letting each minor variant get indexed.
  3. Added transparent ingredient education blocks ('Why niacinamide', 'Who should avoid retinol'), which is key for both E-E-A-T and cosmetic compliance in FR.

3× breakout in 3 months (100 → 350 clicks/day)

Physiotherapy & Rehab Clinics (Finland)

Regional physio / rehabilitation clinics in Finland. We built service pages around specific pain conditions in Finnish and aligned them with local clinic pages.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Clinic pages were generic ('physiotherapy services') and didn't match real search language like 'alaselkäkipu harjoitukset' (lower back pain exercises) or 'polvikipu fysioterapia hinta' (knee pain physio cost). Google treated them as thin local listings, not as expert resources. YMYL + medical trust was weak.

Solution

  1. Built condition-focused landing pages in Finnish for high-volume symptoms (lower back pain, post-op knee recovery, frozen shoulder rehab), each mapped to a specific treatment protocol available at that clinic.
  2. Added clinician bios with credentials and specialties, plus real clinic photos, to strengthen E-E-A-T.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

The site had generic 'car insurance guide' content with no provincial segmentation. High-value keywords are insanely competitive and YMYL-regulated. Users want '[province] cheapest liability for drivers under 25' — and Google needs to see transparent disclaimers and licensing.

Solution

  1. Rolled out province-specific landing pages ('Affordable car insurance in Ontario for new drivers', 'BC liability insurance minimums explained') with localized legal thresholds, typical premiums, and insurer availability.
  2. Added rate tables and scenario math (cost for 19-year-old, cost for accident history, etc.) to prove expertise instead of just saying 'compare quotes'.
  3. Embedded compliance language and licensing disclosures on-page to satisfy YMYL/Your Money or Your Life standards and reduce the risk of being treated as thin affiliate content.

Private Banking / Wealth Fintech (Luxembourg)

Wealth management / private banking fintech operating from Luxembourg. We built high-authority content around wealth preservation, tax efficiency, and cross-border asset protection.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Ultra-high-net-worth queries are compliance-sensitive. Existing pages were pure marketing ('innovative wealth platform') with no depth. No content around holding structures, tax residency questions, or asset protection for cross-border clients. Google treated it as generic fintech hype.

Solution

  1. Developed deep content hubs on topics HNW clients actually Google: asset protection, wealth structuring, tax residency transitions, multi-jurisdiction banking.
  2. Localized and translated critical material into English, French, and German to match Luxembourg's multilingual search reality.
  3. Added executive bios, regulatory status, licensing disclosures, and custody details to meet YMYL/financial trust requirements.
  4. Created comparison pages ('private banking vs fintech custody', 'family office vs managed account') to intercept late-stage evaluation traffic.

Why It Worked

  • Publishing regulatory status and executive credibility is mandatory if you want to rank for YMYL financial queries.
  • Multilingual targeting unlocked non-English organic demand, which competitors often ignore.

Cosmetic Surgery Clinic (Berlin)

Private aesthetic surgery clinic in Berlin. We built localized German treatment pages, clarified eligibility / risks, and surfaced surgeon credibility.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Content was generic ('look younger, feel confident') and in some cases translated poorly. Zero detail on recovery time, scarring, anesthesia, or realistic outcomes. Google does not rank that for YMYL plastic surgery queries. Also no city-specific landing pages like 'Brustvergrößerung Berlin Preis'.

Solution

  1. Built treatment-specific pages in German ('Lidstraffung Berlin', 'Brustvergrößerung Berlin Kosten', 'Fettabsaugung Bauch Berlin'), each with candid sections: risks, downtime, eligibility, before/after expectations under German advertising and medical content rules.
  2. Added surgeon bios with years of experience, board memberships, clinic address, and membership in recognized medical associations to boost E-E-A-T.
  3. Published price ranges and financing options because '[behandlung] kosten berlin' is one of the highest-intent query patterns in this niche.
  4. Implemented FAQ schema to push 'downtime', 'Narben?', 'Schmerzen?' answers directly into SERP.

20 → 600 clicks/day in 7 months (~30×)

Fashion Retailer (Netherlands)

New fashion eCommerce brand in NL. We fixed indexation of variants (color/size), launched trend/seasonal hubs, and used shoppable lookbooks as link magnets.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Google wasn't indexing most color/size variants because they lived behind JS filters. Category pages were generic ('Women's Dresses'), competing against giant retailers. No seasonal intent capture ('winter puffer jacket NL', 'festival outfit ideas'). Almost zero backlinks.

Solution

  1. Split out high-demand subcategories that match real intent ('Black satin midi dress', 'Oversized puffer jacket winter NL', 'Festival two-piece outfit'), each with its own crawlable landing page and inventory feed.
  2. Implemented canonical logic so variants that matter for search (e.g. 'black satin') get their own ranking URL, while low-value duplicates roll up to prevent dilution.
  3. Published 'lookbooks' and 'how to style' guides that internally deep-link to products and externally attract lifestyle backlinks and mentions.
  4. Optimized structured data (Product, Offer, AggregateRating) so pricing/availability surfaced directly in SERP for commercial queries.

  • Lookbooks gave us natural backlinks in a niche where getting links is usually expensive.

Residential Solar Installation (Denmark)

Local solar installer in Denmark. We targeted '[solar panels in CITY] price after subsidy' intent and explained payback period with real numbers.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

The site said 'green energy solutions' but didn't answer the only two questions homeowners actually Google: 1) 'What does it cost in my city after incentives?' 2) 'How fast does it pay back?'. Also there were no city-specific landing pages, only a generic national page.

Solution

  1. Created city-level landing pages: 'Solceller i [By] – Pris efter tilskud', including example system sizes, typical installation cost after Danish incentives, and expected monthly savings.
  2. Added calculators showing estimated payback period (in years) for common roof sizes. This answers 'ROI' directly on-page.
  3. Used Service/LocalBusiness schema with correct NAP to align '[solceller pris bynavn]' searches with the right regional installer page.
  4. Published educational content on grid rules, feed-in tariffs, and new subsidy changes to capture informational traffic and internally push it to quote-intent pages.

Fertility Clinic Network (Austria)

Multi-location fertility clinic network in Austria. We rebuilt treatment pages (IVF, ICSI, egg freezing) around eligibility, success rates, and next-step clarity.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

The site talked emotionally about 'starting a family' but did not address hard questions: age limits, procedure steps, success rate expectations, legal aspects, wait times. For fertility (YMYL medical), Google is extremely strict about expertise and transparency.

Solution

  1. Built specific treatment pages (IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, donor options) with step-by-step process, candid success rate ranges by age group, risks, and legal framework in Austria.
  2. Added doctor profiles (name, specialization, years of practice, credentials, languages spoken) on each relevant treatment page to reinforce authority.
  3. Implemented FAQ schema to surface critical questions like 'How long is the waiting list?' and 'Am I too old for IVF?' directly in SERP.
  4. Localized content for German-speaking users but preserved an English version for cross-border patients, which is common in fertility care in the DACH region.

Brewery Equipment eCommerce (Europe)

B2B brewery equipment supplier for European craft breweries. We targeted capacity- and spec-driven queries ('1000L fermenter price EU', 'CIP system for microbrewery') with technical landing pages.

Explore the case ↗

Challenge

Buyers search extremely specifically by tank volume, material grade, and automation level. The site had generic 'brewery equipment solutions' pages with zero spec depth. Most product detail existed only in downloadable PDFs (invisible to Google) instead of crawlable HTML.

Solution

  1. Created landing pages for each high-intent capacity tier ('1000L conical fermenter', '3-vessel brewhouse 20hl'), including dimensions, pressure ratings, fittings, CIP support, CE compliance, and lead time for EU shipping.
  2. Extracted technical data from PDFs and exposed it as structured HTML so Google could rank us for '[liters] + [equipment type] + price' style queries.
  3. Added Product / Offer structured data with indicative pricing ranges, not 'contact us', because B2B buyers still Google price anchors.
  4. Built internal linking by process step ('Mash → Lauter → Ferment → CIP'), so the site looked like a complete turnkey system, not a random parts catalog.
